• 4-6 items or 6-8 if using preemie or small items i.e vest/leggings.

Child clothing:

• 4+ items. Varying items work (other than listed below)

Adult clothing:

• 1+/multiple Items. However many you like or simply one large item i.e 1x shirt.

Items That Work Well ✅️:

• Baby grows, leggings, tops, dresses.
• Muslins and blankets (especially with large, THIN surface areas).
• Tops, shirt, thin jumpers/cardigans, trousers, thin jeans, skirts, shorts, uniforms.

Items That Don’t Work Well (DO NOT SEND) ❌️:

• Coats, jackets, or thick knits.
• Very small, textured, or bulky garments.
• Leather or see-through materials.

Clothing Alteration

All garments and fabrics supplied for keepsake creation will be permanently cut and repurposed during the production process. Once work has begun, clothing cannot be returned in its original wearable condition.

Nature of Keepsake Items

All keepsake products are memory items designed for display and sentimental purposes. They are not intended to be used as toys or for regular play, particularly by young children.

Small Parts Warning

Some keepsakes, including memory bears, may include decorative components such as safety eyes or embellishments. While these are securely fitted during production, they may loosen over time through handling or general wear.

If any component becomes loose or damaged, the item should be removed from use immediately.

Child Safety

Due to the potential presence of small parts, keepsakes should not be left unsupervised with babies, toddlers, or young children as they may present a choking hazard if damaged.

Owner Responsibility

Once the completed keepsake has been delivered, the responsibility for safe handling, supervision, storage, and routine condition checks rests with the owner.

Regular checks should be carried out to ensure the keepsake remains in safe condition.

Fabric Condition

Keepsakes are created using pre-loved or sentimental fabrics, which may naturally vary in strength, age, or wear. While every effort is made to stabilise delicate materials, longevity cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the fabrics provided.

Fabric Returns

Where possible, unused fabric pieces will be returned with your order. Any small scraps or unusable materials will be recycled or disposed of responsibly in accordance with local council waste policies
